Grab bars and safer bathrooms
Shower grab rails, easier entries and full bathroom remodels. Bathrooms are where many falls happen, so this is often the first place we start.

Handrails, grab bars, ramps, trip-free floors and kitchens and baths that still work for you. Safe Living Remodel helps seniors and people living with disabilities keep living independently at home.

Micah started Safe Living Remodel with one goal: keep seniors and people living with disabilities living independently in their own homes. He comes from nonprofit work serving seniors, so he understands that world, and he has worked in the trades since he was a teenager.
That means he looks at a house the way you live in it: where someone might trip, where a hand needs something to hold, and what it takes to keep cooking in your own kitchen.
Small safety fixes or a full remodel, the goal is the same: a home that is easier and safer to live in.

Solid, well-built ramps so walkers and wheelchairs can get in and out of the house without a struggle on the steps.

Kitchen remodels that keep everything within reach, so people can keep cooking in their own kitchen for years to come.
Rails along hallways and on both sides of stairs for steady footing.
Fixing uneven floors and raised thresholds that cause trips and falls.
Bigger projects, from one room to an entire floor of the house.
Repairs and smaller jobs around the house, for any homeowner.

When a senior or disabled family member moves in, the house has to work for everyone. Micah helps families make the changes that let them care for their loved one safely at home.
Tell us who lives in the home and what is getting harder day to day.
Micah looks at trip hazards, stairs, bathrooms and the kitchen with you and explains the options plainly.
Clean, careful work with respect for the people living in the home.
